we are a family of three seeking a roommate for 3 months, possibly longer. we are willing to consider a month-to-month basis. we have recently moved here to apple valley, ca, from connecticut, we are all students, enjoy the company of others, and would prefer a smoker for a roommate, but it is not necessary.
we are seeking someone who will be comfortable sharing a home with a couple, and an 8 year old daughter. we are offering a full bedroom with a full bathroom, direct tv, phone service, internet service, and a refrigerator for your independent use. you will also have the option of using the kitchen, garage, and washer and dryer whenever needed.
