4 bedroom house in the berkeley hills. all late 20's early 30's-2 girls and 1 boy are current roommates looking to rent out the 4th room. last tennent recently moved away and need someone to sublet the room.rent is $500 (this is $250 off the original rent). at least 12x12 if not bigger, hardwood floors. washer and dryer included. utitlies run about $150 additional per month...this is for cable in your room (we get every channel possible), high speed wireless internet, water, sewer, gas, electric and garbage. carport as well as off street parking. close to the 65 bus line, or direcly above the lawrence hall of science for the cal bus.
beautiful view of the bay off of our back deck. we enjoy sitting out on the deck bbq'ing and drinking wine or beer. :) we're all work-a-holics and it's rare that all of us are home all at the same time.
we have wii and ps2 and enjoy a good night of rock band every now and then.
kitchen has all the amenities as well as a coffee pot, microwave george foreman girl. we have a living room upstairs and an additional one downstairs as well as a ton of storage.
